Experienced Paralegal – International Disputes
Looking for your next challenge? A leading international dispute resolution practice is seeking a skilled Paralegal/Legal Assistant with 5+ years’ experience in high-value, complex disputes such as commercial litigation, international arbitration, or public international law.
What You’ll Do:
- Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, manage correspondence, and ensure procedural compliance across matters.
- Document Review: Collaborate with lawyers on first-level document reviews and assist with second-level review preparations.
- Filings: Proofread, cite-check, and coordinate submission materials with supporting documentation.
- Hearings: Lead hearing logistics, prepare presentations, and provide on-the-ground support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record in cross-border litigation or international disputes at a top-tier practice.
- Education: Law degree or equivalent legal studies with strong academic credentials.
- Skills:
Exceptional organizational, communication, and client-service abilities.
Technical proficiency in legal software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-discovery platforms).
Strong attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive attitude.
- Languages: Fluent English (additional languages a plus).
